We, the Human Resources Strategy, Governance and Transformation department, are looking for you to support our Team!
Your main Tasks are: 

Support organizational governance in
  • creating a state-of-the-art Policy & Guideline Management
  • improving the operating model for the organizational master data maintenance
  • optimizing cross-functional governance processes
  • systematically building a cross-functional governance community
Support organizational design in 
  • developing a framework of organizational design elements
  • identifying positive and negative effects of introducing new organizational formats (like e.g. agile formats)
  • developing a concept to diagnose potential organizational problem areas
Support the teams’ projects to increase organizational effectiveness by e.g. researching, developing project-specific presentations, compiling data analyses and organizing and participating in cross-functional, international meetings
To be successful in the above role, you should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or about to graduate) in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Psychology or a comparable subject with focus on Organization/Strategy/HR
  • Ideally first working experience (in large, global organizations) with process-oriented and strategic topics
  • Process thinking and independent, self-motivated, solution-oriented working style 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good English communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
  • International mind-set and cultural awareness
