  • Meets and refers to demands of internal and external customers promptly.                      
  • Prepares daily / weekly /monthly reports which are demanded by related units and customers.
  • Transmits the operational information which comes from Operation – Documentation - Sales Units to customer neatly and coordinately.
  • Visits acquired and potential customers regularly to improve relationships.
  • Takes action for finding solutions to possible hitches rapidly and meeting customer expectations & satisfaction.

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration).
  • Experience in preferably related business Customer Services or International Land Transportation.
  • Office programs user experience.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Command of transportation and customs legislation.
