  • To ensure under the direction of the implement project plan that the job holder successfully achieve the implement targets for all activities of new business.
  • To ensure the co-ordination these activities across all departments where their input assists in the achievement of the implement project targets.
  • Within the frame work of all implement functions, Project Manager is to ensure the smooth of operational implementation and follow up and managing all project milestones and budget.
  • Ensure that deviations from agreed timelines and budgets are communicated both internally and to the customer so that problems can be solved without delay or “surprises” later
  • Validate current operational procedures with upcoming business needs and provide recommendations for approach or continuous improvement.
  • To support the improved methodologies for analyzing operational process data, this can further improve the effectiveness and quality task.
  • Independently evaluate alternative solutions to operational requirements and document a recommended design.
  • Manage and Lead the Business Units in implementing the logistics service solutions and project management.
  • Manage and develop project plans for large projects and execute those plans and to work with assigned resources to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are achieved, within budget, and in compliance with specifications is essential.
  • Ensure implemented solution will meet service commitments.
  • Support the optimizing, implement and successfully manage operation efficiency and quality standards.
  • Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards
  • Contract Logistics Background
  • Managerial experiences of Operations with people different cultures backgrounds
  • Industrial Engineering and System knowledge is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
  • Good at project planning, project diagnostic and analysis information
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Leadership, Team management, Communication management, Strategic Planning, Organizing, and Delegation skills
  • High level PC and Application skills, specifically:-WMS, MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc
  • Understanding of continuous improvement concept :- Six Sigma or Lean
  • Excellent notification initiating and problem solving skill
  • Ability to motivate and work in a fast moving, pressure environment
