Identify customer value pain points & improvement levers, develop & commercialize value improvement solutions and support implementation & operation of proposed
        solutions. 
Drive multi-mode, multi-node E2E customer projects (including LLP or SCM BPO offerings). 
Run network design optimizations for globally defined top accounts with our standard tool Supply Chain Guru by Llamasoft. 
Resource sizing of 4PL/LLP control towers (staffing plan for planning, procurement, value creation, carrier management, finance, and IT functions)
Creating a value creation roadmap which delivers a cost reduction plan for our customers.
Developing a business case including cost and commercial modelling
Support Solution Design & Product Development on Network, Real Estate related activities.
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or Supply Chain Management
  • 8+ years of experience of Supply Chain Management and/or Consulting experience
  • Previous experience managing: the design and implementation of logistics strategy, network or warehouse optimization, supply chain planning and management processes, supply chain modelling and optimization, supply chain software.
  • Clear demonstration of having led operational improvements and in managing key transformation factors
  • Experience and success in large scale outsourcing/consulting projects and evidence of delivering new business wins
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to travel abroad frequently
  • Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative
  • Strong English skills essential; German not mandatory
