Drive product (Eurasia Landbridge) development with support and continuous steering to account development, operations standardization and improvement, defined IT-landscape.

Product management

Define product (Eurasia Landbridge) strategy and prioritize key development area together with all country business owners, for both FCL and LCL.

Lead weekly exchange on Business Development and Operations Improvement, and ensure the immediate execution on identified area.

Steer continuous standardization and improvement on operation.

Support to Key Account development and support on advanced product solution (e.g. Security solutions, reefer shipments).

Drive defined IT-Landscape (eSchenker, CTTS, ATOMS/MMOMS, CIS/TANGO, Smartbox, CIEL, mWARE).

Support internal trainings and exchange of professionals between country units to grow product knowledge.

External product-related functions

Facilitate regular exchange within the Eurasian Corridor Coordination Team (ECCT), consisting of DB Cargo Eurasia, DB Cargo Russia, DB Cargo Logistics and DB SCHENKEReurasia.

Provide forwarding expertise and professional knowledge on demand to DB for all product-related expert working groups, which are actually:7-Railway conference of all Eurasian Railways (for IT, Blockchain, paperless customs, EDI).

OSJD work on further harmonization of SMGS regulations.

Legal project of DB with the UN in harmonization of SMGS and CIM in the GTC (General Terms and Conditions) Eurasia.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
> 10 years of experience in international forwarding industry, with at least 3 years of management experience.
