General Insurance Coverage
Provide strategic leadership and directions to manage daily warehouse operations.
Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer’s expectations and KPIs.
Accountable for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope.
Define requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies, technologies and initiatives to drive overall performance.
Continuously engage customers on commercial, operational scope of work and contract renewals.
Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.
Monitor department budgetary control and allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve and exceed the service standard or target.
Establish and cultivate a good team culture of best practice sharing within the program to motivate staff to voice out their opinions.
Plan and provide on-the-job training to individual staff to improve work performance and productivity.
Ensure stock inventory accuracy and records are kept up to date.
Ensure storage and office areas are well maintained.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
Proficient in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
Frequently voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge in the latest automation technologies and implementation.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
Minimum Diploma holder or Degree holder.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Adaptable to a fast-moving work environment.
