We are seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our growing Sydney Team.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders;
- Assisting with all aspects of customer service;
- Managing system-generated status reports (BO) or preparing manual status reports;
- Soliciting sales of new or additional services;
- Informing clients of order status by reports or email;
- Informing clients of vessel/aircraft delays, order status reports undertaken daily (AM) as required;
- Informing department/Interstate delivery details;
- Telephone/email cost indications for existing clients from SMART, telephone quotations provided in an accurate and timely manner;
- Updating ProCars Notes, SMART, or other filing systems of SOP changes within 4 hours of the request;
- Solving customer complaints in conjunction with operational departments;
- Registering Interstate/x trade Jobs in ProCars.
- Previous experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry;
- ProCars and Expedient (Millman) - preferred
- Excellent Customer Service skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Advanced Computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills;
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals;
- Ability to write routing reports and correspondence;
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and staff;
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions percentages, area, circumference, and volume;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
